Refund Policy
1. All products are non-refundable
2. Customers must check the product upon delivery. If necessary, you can request and exchange of products within 7 days after you sign off the delivery.
3. Product must be damaged or defected upon delivery. Any kind of damage after delivery is not appliable for return policy.
Exchange procedure
- Please contact us along with a photo of the defective part of the product
- Please provide order number
- Any request of return or refund over 7 days will be declined
- We will arrange product exchange as soon as positive
All delivery costs, custom taxes, duties or other custom clearance charges caused from return and exchange will bear by our side
