If customers could not receive the parcel

Re-Delivery
If customers do not pick up the parcel in the requested time, ECCB will collect the parcel back to warehouse.

Further delivery cost will be charged for re-delivery.

ECCB will send out the order in 1-2 working days.

Remarks
1. No refund will be accepted upon the confirmation of order. If there's any problem on your order, please feel free to contact us.

2. Please check your parcel when you receive it from SF express. If there's any infective products, we would arrange product exchange.
