Using Snoreeze Nasal Strips is simple.
1. Wash nose.
2. Dry nose.
3. Position correctly.
4. Press and hold firmly for 10 seconds.
5.Remove strip slowly and carefully

1. For external use only.
2.Keep out of reach of small children.
3. Do not place over sores or sunburned, irritated or damaged skin.
4. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Do not use for more than 12 hours per day.
4. If strip is difficult or painful to remove, wash nose with warm water before removal.
